Apartment Review for Aj - Fullerton, CA

Since new management took over its been hell. Not at all friendly. They cant even give you a straight answer its all negative. Thats not a way to handle business. All securtiy screen doors have been TAKEN OFF (great now everyone feels safe). Lets talk about ur saftey ( what safety no cameras, no security guards or anything)

Elevators DO NOT work at all (awesome now we can unload things without breaking our backs, talk about safety and convience for those who are handicap I guess they can crawl their way up the stairs. Parking is great but since new management moved in they want 1 car per apartment and in working order. Sounds like bull. Guess if u own more than one might as well give it away for free to those who will steal ur car since it'll be parked 5-10 blocks away.

Mantenance doesnt know shit about anything. You might as well fix the apartment yourself. The old mantenance knew what they were doing all the time. The building it self is being painted (lets see for a month now & still going on since they cant make up their mind what color to use brown, then yellow, orange, green make up ur mind). At the same time our cars are getting a paint job too.

Overall this place changed alot & is one of the WORST place to live.
