Apartment Review for Camden Parkside Apartments - Fullerton, CA

One of the worst apartments I have ever lived in. Where do I begin? Noise problems but what can you expect since you are living so close to Cal State Fullerton college town. Parking is a nightmare. I have to pay an additional $25 for a carport and I had to wait nearly 6 months on a waiting list to get one! A 10% increase in rent nearly every year I have lived here. Crappy landscaping and messy as always. Laundry machines are constantly broken. Takes forever for a maintenance worker to do repairs. My shower has been repaired three times and I still have problems with it. People smoke, talk, yell, play music during all hours of the night. This place just plain sucks. Please please please avoid this place at all cost if you value your money and sanity.
