Apartment Review for Camden Parkside Apartments - Fullerton, CA

Managment does not return calls, lies outright on repairs, and rarely cleans the pools and jacuzzi. Read the fine print on the contract, all approx. 20 pages, we didn't and got stuck with an additional $300 a month on our rent. They even have a clause that says if you say anything bad about them they can evict you! I heard management say they evict about 13 apartments a month. The trash bins are always overflowing and stink, the garages are too small for all but the smallest cars, so there are many empty garages and carports and the open parking is always full. Maintenence is friendly, but management always seems to lose any work orders. Being next to a college they always have people looking to move in, so they have no reason to treat current tenants with respect. If you have any other alternative go anywhere else - this place is one big scam.
