Apartment Review for Camden Parkside Apartments - Fullerton, CA

Well were to I begin? If this is your first apartment and you want to party this is your place. The walls are super thick and you don't hear anything from the neighbors. It seems that 90% of the community is college students so party it up! And that is all I really have to say nice about the place. Here is a quick list of the bad stuff -Parking is the worst; since I had two cars, in one month I received about $100 worth of parking tickets since there is no overnight parking in Fullerton - There is a horrendous amount of mold in the bathroom. The walls looked like something out of The Toxic Avenger Movies!!! -The water bill kept getting higher and higher (the bill was through Camden); even during the off season when there were less people living there! -Washing your clothes took a small fortune. I would have to save money to wash clothes. The washer would work ok, but the dryer would take about 3 different times to dry your clothes. 3 1/2 hours to wash clothes, it better be your day off! -The absolute worse was the theft!!! My car was broken into 3 different times, the third time nothing was taken?!?!? My friends car was broken into and stolen. One of my neighbors cars was broken into the day before Christmas Eve, all of their presents were stolen, no joke! The Management really does care; the cops seem to care more than the management does. The amount of theft that happens here is unbelievable. If you take one word of advice, if you're not looking for a party apartment then look somewhere else!!!!
