Apartment Review for Citypointe - Fullerton, CA

I had the misfortune of living at these apartments for almost a year. First, a pipe burst causing my apt to be switched at the last minute. I accepted the new apt sight unseen, my error. The new apt wasn't cleaned prior to my moving in and the previous tenant had cats. YES, the place was a mess. When I complained, I was told that they could only give me $50 off my first month's rent. When I finally left the apartments they had the audacity to stick me with the cleaning bill. Even though I informed them that I had thoroughly cleaned the apt.
