Apartment Review for Citypointe - Fullerton, CA

At first glance, Citypointe is amazing. Great location, walking distance to just about everything. Located right smack in the middle of the heart of a fun part of town. Now we are realizing what a false facade it really is. Given, the building is in the heart of Downtown Fullerton so we were expected some street noise and some weekend shinanagans... Fun times sure, we get it and we've thrown parties here as well, but not drunken courtyard parties every single day of the week! To 5 o'clock in the morning no-less. We've made calls to security and things die down within an hour or so, but seriously, if we're up and calling already isn't it too late? We've been woken by parties going on past midnight, people playing the guitar in the courtyard at midnight, whooping and hollering from people coming home at 2am from last call, people watching movies with surround sound from their apt at 3am with the balcony window open... I can go on. Bottom line: it's loud 7 days a week and way past the 10pm courtyard/12am apartment (supposed) quiet time. People who live here have no regard for their neighbors. We seriously pay way too much to not be able to sleep through the night...
