Apartment Review for El Dorado Apartment - Fullerton, CA

The parking spaces in the back of the apartment are constantly having vandalism and theft. My car was completely stolen, right out the security gate! The security man will be knocking at your door if your music is a little high but apparently they can never hear auto theft and vandalism in the parking stalls. Roaches run rampant. I have fumigation service every week and the roaches just love whatever it is they spray and just keep coming! Thomas is wonderful in the front office. The woman is terrible, unfriendly and doesn't care about a thing and could care less if you move out or stay. She gets her check whether you move out or not! I was just a few hours late with rent one month after 2 years of always paying the rent on time and this woman said too bad, pay the $140.00 late fee. The two bedroom apt. has a wonderful layout, nice and roomy. The rent is reasonable for the area but those criminals that hang out in the parking stalls and those bugs are out of control.
