Apartment Review for El Dorado Apartment - Fullerton, CA

The staff at this place is horrible!!!! Liz and Thomas can care less if you live there comfortably or not as long as they get paid. They wrote the wrong parking spot number for our second spot and we had to park on the street for 6 months because someone kept parking in out spot. We finally got fed up and left a note on their car and the other tenant left a note back saying they were given that spot. Then we went to the office with the paperwork they had given us and they said they wrote the wrong spot#. And NO we were not accommodated for the 6 months of parking on the street. Out heater never worked the whole 3 years we lived there. We kept asking maintenance to fix it and they would come and they said it was fixed yet when we tried to put it on it never came on. We had mold growing about our kitchen sink in the cabinet. When we move din the carpet was filthy and we had to rent a shampooer to clean us the dirt. When we moved in the carpet was wet and smelly. Then when we move out they try to charge us almost $1,000 for the carpet saying we left is so dirty they had to replace it. We disputed it and eventually won. One day my bf (other person on lease) for got his keys and was locked out of the apt and management refused to stay 5-10 min after office hours to let him in. I DO NOT recommended this place to anyone and in fact tell them to stay far away. Yeah the price is good and the walk to CSUF is not far but i rather pay more and walk farther than to live there again.
