Apartment Review for Fullerton Townhouse - Fullerton, CA

Parking is terrible. Each apt gets 1 parking space and there is little parking inside complex. Frustrating and tenants are very callous when it comes to parking courteously. Management is very biased. They have their favorites and it shows. Apartments need tub and tile replacement badly and calk around windows and doors. Rules change at whim and you are responsible to absorb cost of changes. I stay because of spaciousness of apartment, and I am seldom home. I must admit rooms are large and cupboard and closet space is ample. Besides, I hate the thought of moving.
