Apartment Review for Highland Creek Apts - Fullerton, CA

I have lived here for 2 years and will continue for a few more (until I'm out of college). It's a WONDERFUL complex...so quiet and park-like. Gated and very safe. The streams are very calming and the neighbors are nice. The managers (Mark & Henrietta) are AMAZING and always helpful. I can even have my cats with a small fee per month!! That's unusual for an apartment as nice as these. I highly recommend this apartment complex. :-)
