Charcoal grills will fill up your apartment with smoke and leave all your furniture and clothes smelling like charcoal and tri-tip. The cost is a rip off for what you have to put up with. Street noise is LOUD. Your best bet is the 2 bedrooms which happen to be closer to the freeway.
