Apartment Review for Highland Tree Apt - Fullerton, CA

Well from my overall experience, so far living in apartments this is one of the better apartments. I often have friends over to watch fights and etc, they never had issues finding parking (other than being let in the gate, things could be worse). The apartment looks wonderful. We have a great kitchen granite counter tops, very well lit, and plenty of space. In a 2 b/b you get a patio which is perfect for grilling during the lead up to the big fight (since you could watch TV from the patio). The bathroom set is a bit odd; the sink is in the bedroom outside of the bathroom. This is actually not as bad as it seems (easy to wash your face and brush your teeth before bed). My only gripe is MANAGEMENT!!!! The management here is horrible. It was just an issue moving in, before we moved in they lost my credit application (they said they shredded it?!?!?). Then when we did move in they gave us the wrong apartment, we wanted the upgraded apartment they gave us a half-ass upgraded apartment, they moved me to a full upgraded apartment. I then had to call all my utilities to have them moved to the new apartment (cable took ten days...FUCK Time Warner!!!!!). Then about 3 months later they gave away one of my parking spaces, luckily they have a decent amount of parking. Overall the apartment is great with all the upgrades, but the management just plain out sucks! I am still waiting out my lease and I will probably resign just because it's easier staying here than looking for a new aortment and moving with a whole new set of issues!
