Apartment Review for Homestead Apartments - Fullerton, CA

There 's no parking so expect to get towed, and pay over $200.00 to get your car back. Maintenance was a stupid guy who doesn't know what to do. We were left without lights for more than a week. When we signed up they sold us on the 6 month coupon and didn't offer a 9 month deal, that's all we needed. so we are stuck with the aprtment for 3 months longer than we need it. The air conditioning doesn't cool the whole apt. so the bedroom are hot. The demo they show you doesn't look like the real thing, the real apt needs work, the drawers don't work. The carpet needed to be replaced It took 6 month for them to say no new carpet. It smells really bad from the previous tenant.
