Apartment Review for Homestead Apartments - Fullerton, CA

Here's an abbreviated list:

-Moldy smell -2nd car parking difficult (I even had my own car towed from my covered parking space and had to pay $230) -load partiers that have no regard for others -terrible floor plan (the two bed, one bath combo is terrible because the bathroom sink is outside the bathroom. -non-existant security (anyone can enter and exit) -Maintenance was slow and non-responsive. (We were not notified of work being performed on our roof at 7am Saturday morning...and when the roofers left there was a mess left behind in our living room and porch.)

Rent increased from $1287/mo to $1480/mo after our lease was up...needless to say we moved.
