I am a college student, looking for a good place close to campus I found The Homestead apartments. But, to my surprise what I really found was the largest apartment scam in California. Whether it be their corrupt towing service, or their over priced water service, and crappy cable service (all of which is owner by Arnel properties). I would never recommend this apt to anyone!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
