They will take every dime of your security deposit. They did no walk-through inspection when we moved in; they did not walk-through when we moved out. And yet, surprise - when we got a notification that our security deposit was not being refunded, they claimed counter damage and bathtub damage that never existed. The counters and the bathtub were in exactly the same condition as they were when we moved in. And they charged us to the hilt to "repair" it --(repair WHAT, I say!) . The paint was not new when we moved in, and yet for one year living there, they charged us $150.00 to paint it. They also charged us for a utility bill we already had paid. I can assure you, I will be taking this to court and testify all this is true. Also, there is no guest parking. Three times my friends got towed from parking across the street - at $200.00 a pop. Look elsewhere. Don't let the attractiveness of the grounds deceive you. You deserve better.
