Apartment Review for Homestead Apartments - Fullerton, CA

This place sucked from the first day I moved in. There was a huge stain on the carpet when I moved in, it looked like someone was killed there. They didn't clean it so I had to buy a huge rug to cover the whole living room. The rent is so expensive. I moved in 2 years ago and they still haven't fixed my floor tiles that have popped up. I don't know why they included feature that don't work (air conditioner & garbage disposale). I have seen about a million spiders and some ants since I've been here. The patio is crap and the mold forms daily. I am entertained by my neighbors conversations which I can hear clearly and I'm sure they can hear mine. There's never any parking for residents and guests. People are always moving out... wonder why? This place sucks so bad that I'm leaving before my lease is up... I'll just keep paying these money hungry thieves. Bottom line: DON'T LIVE HERE!
