Apartment Review for Homestead Apartments - Fullerton, CA

I didn't even move in to this place and they screwed me over. They are not up front with you from the start. They don't tell you that the deposit check you are leaving to hold the apartment actually gets cashed. I've never known any apartment complex to do that. They also don't tell you that the check you are writing includes the application fees and on top of that, they charged an application fee for my husband who wasn't even there to fill out an application and sign it. Don't even bother with this place. I've also heard a lot of crime takes place there.
