Apartment Review for Homestead Apartments - Fullerton, CA

I lived at the Homestead three years ago, and it was such a bad experience I am writing about it today. The complex looks nice on the outside, but don't let this fool you. On two separate occasions, two trees fell on top of two cars and destroyed them. Do you think Arnel management would take responsibility for this. From my experience with them, no. The noise level was horrible. The tenants down the walkway (and across from the Manager's house) had frequent loud parties until very early in the morning, and management did nothing. The traffic from the parties would travel past our bedroom window where we would hear, "Body shots let this night never end." The jacuzzi was not heated year round. They kept 1 or 2 heated in the entire complex if you feel like talking a walk while your dripping wet in the winter. This place sucked royally. Take all of our advice and don't rent here. I wish I would have found this website before we did.
