Apartment Review for Homestead Apartments - Fullerton, CA

this has been the worst apt complex ever. no parking, at least not for residence. you can hear everyone coming in and out, mainly college kids. cops are always in here for thefts or fights. maintance people themselves are really nice, just the maintance parts is really bad. work orders never get done, but when someone moves out, they fix everything that was wrong before. the managment...i don't have enough time or patience to write all the problems here with that. over all i would've given this place a negative rating but this website is too nice. i really wished i would have found out about this website before. if you really want a review my email is enclosed. liljoe5one66@hotmail.com my lease is up on mar 13 but i can't move out because you have to put a 30 day notice. not 31 or 29 it has to be 30 days, even though everyone here, tenants, staff knows that i wasnt' renewing since last sept. i have to stay now till april...wooo hoo!!!
