Apartment Review for Homestead Apartments - Fullerton, CA

This is absolutely the worst possible place to live. Nothing works. The air conditioner would not work at all, and was replaced with a used unit that was just as pathetic after months of complaining. Even the electric recepticles were out of order. Maintenance was almost non existant. The worst part was the parking. There was none. My girlfriend and I would patrol the complex in seperate cars searching for a parking space. No joke, we would spend up to an hour and one half just trying to find a space. we would do this every night. we would then park the other car in our assigned space. We would follow people walking down the street and pray that they were leaving. Many young ladies probably thought that I was a stalker, but all I wanted was their parking space. Once I parked at Target across the street and my car was towed. 200$. Once my car was booted while parked in my own assigned parking space because I had not put the new sticker on my license plate. I had to pay 130.00 to have the boot removed while parked in my own F-ing space. We discovered the boot with my family in the car leaving for Mamoth. A two hour delay. And I paid them to live there. This one tops them all. When my son was in the workout room, a 200 Pound television fell on him as he tried to change the channel. what kind of idiot don't securely mount a television. I'm lucky to still have my son. Don't move here. I'm convinced that there are many suprising and unlikely ways to be made miserble, or die.
