Apartment Review for Homestead Apartments - Fullerton, CA

When we moved here we were told that we would have to pay $1200 a month it wasnt until we signed that they gave us a 6 month coupoun and that it would change to $1300 after the 6 months and your rent would be considered late if it was turned in on the first AFTER 5pm so even if you had your rent in on the first it was still considered late. and if it was late you are forced to pay the $1300 we would not have rented here if we knew that but by that time we had all of our stuff waiting in our moving truck ready to move in. And when we did move in the carpet was disgusting we didnt get to see it until the day of our move in so it was like great what do we do now, the management sucks to make a long story short dont move here you will regret it and be posting an angry letter like the rest of us
