Apartment Review for Homestead Apartments - Fullerton, CA

Initially, I thought the apartment complex was nice when you first walk in. The models are not what you will be getting yourself into. The sales people will show you the model and not the actual unit you will be leasing. Once approved, they will make you wait up to 3 days which at that point the deposit is no longer refundable. From there you will sign the lease and finally they will show you the unit you will be leasing, which will be an actual $%!%hole. If you demand a better unit, they will increase the lease payment and it is not worth it for the size and up-keep of the apartment. They will tell you the deposit is refundable and that you will have to wait 2 weeks in order to get the check( Do not let them fool you). When you finally get a letter from the property management company a month later, this will inform you that the deposit is not refundable. The worst experience ever dealing with sales and property manager's. Complete SCAM and do not believe a word they say. Not worth the time or effort. There are so many other apartment's much better in the surrounding area. People to avoid: Fullerton - Katie, Urma, Nastasia...
