Apartment Review for North Hills Apartments - Fullerton, CA

I truely think if the management cared and knew what they were doing this place would be much better. They put out notices letting residents know the rules but then no one enforces them. I have seen management observe kids doing things that are prohibited in the complex and not say or do anything about it. The management is just as ghetto as half the residents. There are kids running around everywhere saying things that wouldn't even come out of my mouth. I don't even let my daughter outside and she's 12. It's really sad for parents that just want to provide a good life for their child. Someone needs to help this place immediately!!!!!
