Apartment Review for Nutwood West - Fullerton, CA

This complex is HORRIBLE. I know it's the cheapest by CSUF, but seriously, work overtime and fork out the money for a better place. I've been here since 2003, and it's hell. My downstairs neighbor is an ASS (woke me up at 8am on a Saturday morning by almost kicking in my door, claiming my music was too loud...yeah...I was ASLEEP, and I don't even play music in my apt), the neighbors are loud (the Africans that yell in the hallway while drinking and making a ruckus on the balcony, the Indians...well...there are just TOO MANY OF THEM and they all like to stand in the hallway talking, there are a million kids that never learned what "quiet voices" are, and the partying students have no respect), the parking SUCKS (I got a new paint job on my car and, within a month, had scrapes and dings all over it), the office is run by temps so anything that you are told becomes null and void when a new moron comes in, and people barrel through the parking lot with their music turned up and their tires squeeling at all hours of the night. The laundry room is CRAP, and people are insanely rude about usage (yeah...there are 2 fat ladies that decide once a week to use EVERY SINGLE MACHINE for most of the day, and sit at the door with their 5 kids telling anyone that comes down that they can't do laundry because the 2 of them are doing it). There is no assigned parking, no dishwashers, the plumbing is often times inoperable, they shut off the water with no notice and no explaination, and many "features" are junk (the crappy heaters and A/Cs aren't worth their weight in shit). I know this is harsh, but please, inform yourself before moving in here. The amount you save in rent is not worth the inconvenience and torture.
