Apartment Review for Nutwood West - Fullerton, CA

I moved in to this complex in 2002. It was low priced, full of other college students, and livable. I moved out in 8/05 because I just couldnt take it anymore. I'd rather put my belongings in storage and sleep on a friend's couch than spend another month in that place. My unit was broken into two times while I was at home. It took a year to get my fridge (which I had to rent from the managers) fixed. Parking? what parking? I had to park across the street at starbucks more than once. The complex has converted from a low priced, college student filled, so so place to live to a much higher priced, poor family filled, all around bad place to live. I read the other reviews and they are dead on. My hallway smelled like fried chicken or Indian food depending on the day, it's a step up on the other hallways that smelled like cat urine. What else could you expect from carpeted hallways? If you can handle smelly hallways, screaming children, and walking a long way from your car to your apartment, then by all means. I dont recommend it despite the fact that it is so close to CSU.
