Apartment Review for Nutwood West - Fullerton, CA

I have lived here just over a year now, and given the chance to go back in time, I would have paid a little more to live in another complex in this area. The main problem at this complex is the NOISE. There are many poor families with lots of kids living here, so there are constantly kids running up and down the halls at all hours, and screaming and crying. There are also groups of college students here that get together and party and shout as loudly as possible during late hours of the night. Other than that, I rarely hear my neighbors on either side, above, or below me.

Every time I go down to the office, there is someone new working there. I have to keep signing new contracts because they go through so many people and lose paperwork. The only good person on their staff is the maintenance guy. He is very courteous and polite, and I have never had a problem getting him to fix whatever is broken in my apartment in less than 24 hours. However, I have seen a lot of the maintenance guy because something is always breaking in my apartment (mostly the plumbing).

It is very close to CSUF (across the street) so it is convenient for me as a student. If I wasn't in school, I wouldn't think twice about moving out.
