Apartment Review for Nutwood West - Fullerton, CA

I don't think the rest of the reviewers except one are giving this place a fair review. The noise level is a little higher than a completely quiet, ghostly apartment you might find in the suburbs...but it's in a college town...what can you expect? The place is really convenient especially for CSUF students as its right across from the campus. The hallways do smell sometimes but they smell of people cooking their exotic foods...I would say that's more of a pleasant smell than an unwanted one! If you don't want to smell anything but White American food, you might as well live in the backwaters of North Dakota. Jeez people, have some respect for diversity. Parking is usually not a problem. However, if you come home late at night, you might have to drive around the lot and park far away. Security: I never felt like I would be mugged there. Also, I want to reply to a comment someone made about people smoking weed on the stairway all the time. In the four years I lived there, I never saw that. I think that's really an isolated incident that that person experienced. I had many friends living in various units and they never mentioned that either. So bottom line is this...these other reviewers have nothing better to do but complain. Their comments are either exaggerated, a stretch of the truth, or just trivial. However, make your own judgment...maybe talk to some people who are currently living there about their experience and then decide.
