if you are not going to CSUF then don't bother with this place. this place is loud. kids partying till 2-3 in the morning, yelling and screaming. if you need a quiet place this is def not the apts for you. apts are very old, something seems to break all the time. management is rude and keeps raising the rent and gives tenants hard time.  Need to rent an apartment?
