Apartment Review for Piccadilly Square - Fullerton, CA

I lived at these apartments for 2 years and loved it. The maintenance staff was always on top of things. Especially if I got locked out at 9 at night. Staff was friendly. My only complaints would be the flies from the garbage bins right outside my door (in other words get an apt away from the bins). Parking for my guests was kind of a pain but not too bad. One time a bum was having a little gypsy bath in the faucet outside my window ( there should be security patrolling the area). Sometimes it would get loud from students walking back from the frat parties. On occasion my bathtub would flood with what looked like food from the garbage disposal upstairs. Also, they tend to raise the rent every six months, but rent starts out cheap...at the time i paid 855. Other than those things I had a very good experience there and would recommend it.
