Apartment Review for R C Briarwood Apartments - Fullerton, CA

The management here is nice at first but your last couple months will be hell. They are very unorganized, they are quick to turn things against you. Make sure you get everything in writing with them becuase they will tell you one thing, and a month later say they never said that. They are ridiculous with monthly rent. when you turn your rent money in, they'll send you a notice a couple days later saying you didnt pay, and you'll have to make a trip to the leasing office to straighten things out. it is a huge annoyance. Also, i would not recommend these apartments for families. There are alot of college studesnt and weekends can be loud. Last thing dont be fooled by the "gated community" the gates are broken 75% of the time, and cars get broken into quite often (i know from experience).
