Apartment Review for Rose Pointe - Fullerton, CA

The management and MANAGER is HORRIBLE!!!!! You have to scream and yell for her to even pretend to listen to your repeated complaints of ongoing issues but they will still never fix anything right. She said she doesn't care if unhappy residents bad mouth Rose Pointe or how she fails to resolve problems. Since she said she doesn't care what we say, then here goes. Being nice will not get anything fixed. If you don't like screaming and yelling then this is NOT the place for you. If you like your air conditioning to work regularly, then this is not the right place either. Well, they will offer you a fan once the apt temp gets to 101 degrees and you call every few hours to complain. Sweet. Right? Hope you don't like to shower without getting your poor downstairs neighbors banging on your door since your shower water with soap in it is dripping from their ceiling, for the 3rd time in a week. If you like parking in your assigned parking space with any regularity, don't live here. Hope you get the upgraded apartment or that you hate to cook because old stoves are not level. Well that's a lie, they will put a piece of cardboard or something under it to help stop the tipping. Hope you don't mind the water being turned off all the time with the sidewalks always being dug up to fix faulty plumbing. Love a good mold spore? Many apartments flood with broken pipes, infectious mold grows up the wall, thru the carpet padding, and onto your furniture. At least there is very nice grass and flowers outside for you to camp out on when you are a flood victim. Or you can spend the night in your car at the nearby target(since someone is probably parked in your parking space) while a coat of paint dries over your moldy apartment walls.
