Apartment Review for The Streams Apartments - Fullerton, CA

The girls in the office are incompenent. The grounds are horribly taken care of and they let the streams turn into cess-pools. One was finally fixed after 2 months. The slime on it was disgusting! Terri and Polo (Paolo?) are extremely helpful as maintenance but that's all you can expect. The most common answers in the office are: A) I don't know. B) I think the part is on order. C) I don't know. D) I don't know. The Management company has a "C" rating with the Better business Bureau and I'm surprised it's that good. This place has the worst service of ANY complex that I've ever lived in. I had a landlord who never came by and his place was better than The Streams.
