Apartment Review for The Streams Apartments - Fullerton, CA

The management wasn't very helpful. They don't tell you a lot of things about the agreement and what happens with your deposit. They take all your deposit out even if you hire professionals to clean it when you move out. Maintenance don't always come on time. They do fix it though. Your butt will be a nice butt-facial with the steam coming out of the toilet bowl. Hot water sporadically comes out of the shower. Parking is horrible. My car has gotten broken into 3 times in my 2 1/2 years of stay there. I filed 3 different police reports. My guest's car got broken into twice and he was mugged by one of the residents. These things are for real!!! I am not kidding!!! I'm so glad I moved outta there. I moved out just when management was replaced so I really don't know if it's gotten better. Parking sucks if you have 2 or more cars. You get one spot per apartment and a community parking lot for the extra cars. I really wouldn't recommend this place. Plus, the keep raising the rent even when you've lost money from your cars being broken into. They don't do anything about it,... just a simple sorry. Oh,... the cameras they have placed all over the parking lot? THEY DON'T WORK!!! THEY'RE JUST THERE FOR DISPLAY!!! THE THIEFS KNOW THAT!!!! MANAGEMENT DOESN'T EVEN TAPE THE ONE CAMERA THAT DOES WORK. They only use it as display inside their office. Anyhoo... good luck if you do decide to go there... it's a real risk!!!!
