Apartment Review for The Streams Apartments - Fullerton, CA

I been living here for 12 years and I can honestly sy the new management sucks!!!!. Alicia is nice but when it comes to take cere of business well... let me put it this way... last year I ask for a new door because the weather and the termites had there way with it... it took management 5 months to take care of it... when the car ports where been "tarp" I never gor a notice and I had my car towed away.If it my neighbor had not say something I would of had to retrive my car from the impound. when the trash are where been "remodel" the construction guys did not have the decency to put thee materials somewhere else instead they use my car port as a storage place!. so I had to ask management a permit to park in there space. But guess what I could not park there because it is alway bussy so I had to park my new car in the street, now I should have an extra space because I rent a two bedroom apartment... but where is my extra space? in limbo... that is not all after all the drama I still have to move a warehouse parcel out of my parking space one night because some one thought this would be a place to put this parcel.... things did not get any better. Recently there where "painting the inside roof otf the car poorts.. never got a notice. Instead I got My BMW damage with paint & scratches by the incompetence people hire by the corporation to do this Micky Mouse job. what does the management does? nothing!!!. now my rent has been race by $90.00 a month! because the maney is been use to keep the complex nice... ok what about the termites! what about hte cackarouches!. what about the cats that the neighbors do not cre to keep Indoors!. what about rthe noice!!!! should I keep going come on.. this use to be a nice place to live... now I wonder? lets get better people to manage and for got sake stop ripping people off with the ridiculus rent races. My rent use to be race $25.00 a year now is $55.00 amd for me $90.00 whats wrong with this picture?????
