I lived here with my husband for a year and during the whole summer the air conditioner was broken and not replaced until fall, when we really didn't need it anymore. Parking sucked and my husbands truck was broken into twice. when we moved out, they charged us for stuff that was just normal wear and tear and charged us for it. Our deposit should have covered it, right? Whatever, call it a loss and move on...
