Manager is never there. Never fixes anything. No parking. You will have to sue to get your deposit back. Nobody answers the phone. Tip: Just to point out how shady they are ask the manager if you can get a hold of him for the owners name, phone no., and address. I have tried. nobody answers or returns messages.  Need to rent an apartment?
