Apartment Review for Sycamore Village 1 - Fullerton, CA

I chose this apartment not because it was the best choice, but because I wanted to save money. They haven't raised the rent since I moved in, but I did lost hundreds of dollars in electronics because of power outages when I first moved in. I called the office and Carmela kept telling me that it was because I need to UNPLUG all appliances when not in use. How retarded is that? I had a series of power outages until a really bad one occurred, which required the management to send out a professional electrician, who told me that I was lucky the place didn't burn down, due to the fact they used old copper wiring. Gas has been shut off a few times, in addition to water. I've been lucky (is there such a thing with this place), as my friend who lives in a unit nearby gets her water/gas shut off more frequently. The only person responsive to tenants is our maintenance man, Al. Maybe they should hire more men in the office, rather than leave it to a bunch of incompetent witches. With their direction, my side of the complex would've burned down that night... maybe for the better.
