Apartment Review for Sycamore Village 1 - Fullerton, CA

There is one and only one good thing about Sycamore Village: it's cheap. That being said, it's cheap for a good reason. Aside from the constant, extremely loud construction (usually starting around 7am), the place is filthy and in desperate need of re-painting. There are huge patches of dirt where there should be grass. The grass was pulled out over 6 months ago and never replaced. To be honest, it resembles a prison complex. The management is uncaring and unhelpful. There are frequest power outages and water-shutoffs, usually without warning. I strongly suggest living elsewhere and paying a little more per month.
