Apartment Review for Sycamore Village 1 - Fullerton, CA

Wow, what can I say that has not been said already? Well first of all, there are criminals all around the complex. They live around the area, in the neighborhoods, and in the complex. Management doesn't care because they don't live there. We had are cars broken into on two separate ocassions. The thieves didn't take much, but it cost about 100.00 dollars each time to replace the broken windows. In addition, I spoke to another resident and he told me he caught the handyman breaking into his apartment. Long story short, he noticed he was always missing money and little things here and there. So one day he decided to call in sick and stay in his apartment, and sure enough, the handyman used his master key to enter his residence. Of course the handyman was surprised and startled... Secondly, the walls are way too thin. You're awakened to the loud and rude sounds of lawn mowers and leaf blowers twice a week. Twice a week? Yes... Forget about peace and quite at night. You can hear the neighbor's TV and clearly hear the hindy dialogue from it. In addition, there was a drug pusher living across from us. Everyday he would stand outside his apartment...packing his cigarette and offering "free samples." Yes, Sycmore Village is an inexpensive place to live. But so is South Central LA. Do yourself a favor and spend more money elsewhere.
