Apartment Review for The Greenhouse - Fullerton, CA

Used to live in the Streams (accross the street), and even though this place owned by the same corp, the apartments are much better. The upkeep is much better, the community pool is bigger, there's a lot less noise, and the property is generally in better shape (as opposed to the broken, termite-eaten, hazardous planter boxes and such at the Streams). Complex is always very clean, without any seedy areas or characters. Manager and staff are very friendly - we have a first-name basis. Parking can be premium (if you have more than one car), but my car has never been touched since I lived here (even when I was on vacation for over a week).

Only cons - sometimes I smell gas, and we do have a very small roach issue (no rats though LOL). Neighbor kids and their stereos can be loud at times, but it's definitely not the norm - mostly quiet at all times of day.

Overall, a deserved 4/5 :)
