Apartment Review for The Greenhouse - Fullerton, CA

The apartment managers are very nice, but not very professional. If you are the type of person who likes to deal with a quick and organized management office then this is not the place to live. If you like friendly people who do their best and always greet you with a smile then you might like it here.

The building itself is falling apart the building has moved so much in the last few years that the kitchen counters are pulling away from the walls and you can actually set something on the floor of the kitchen and it will roll at a slant toward the kitchen table. Most of the windows wont open all the way either because the building has shifted.

There is a major termite problem, so the wood is coming off the building. One of the reasons I moved a few months ago it that I was truly afraid if there was ever an earthquake the building would go.

The layout of the apartment is great. High ceilings, big balconies, it has a very open feel a very eclectic crown lives in the apartment complex and truly very nice people live there.
