Apartment Review for The Streams Apartments - Fullerton, CA

I have to admit the ponds keep your interest at first, but this apt. uses the ponds to cover up the real mess here. management changes all the time and they don`t know what the other did. There is termites, and i see roaches running around. Ponds are not kept up (the pumps break all the time). It`s getting runned down from lack of attention from the owner. He refuses to replace things. Rather doctor it up.
