Apartment Review for The Streams Apartments - Fullerton, CA

I have lived at The Streams for over 2 years now and I have to say that ever since new management took over it has gotten alot better, the new manager has made alot of changes to the property that are very noticeable. Has anybody seen our new machines in the laundry by the club entrance? !wow! that is awsome, but what they need to do is install them in all because I really do need to be honest most of the dryers !suck! big time because they don't dry and you have to keep putting all your change that you have and that just aint right. So miss young thing (Alisia) get moving and get us some new laundry equipment in all of our laundry rooms! Be fair to all of us. Maintenance has improved 100% and that is a big plus because it kinda would take them a while to come and fix a roof leak and now they are very quick with everything. They have really improved overall, now we have alot of spaces to park when I had to park all the way by Target (that was not safe) my rent has gone up alot of money $55.00 thats alot of money but I guess that is worth it if they continue to improve this place. This place needs a paint job I hope we get painted soon because it really needs it and It doesn't look nice, all the other complexes near here looks nice and our doesnt. Our manager is very nice and is in top of things and very professional but can be very strick with an attitude when she needs to, wich is good shes taking care of us but she really needs to try and do more for us because we all pay rent and deserve to live in a nice place but other than that I totally recommend this place it's nice to live here.
