Apartment Review for The Streams Apartments - Fullerton, CA

Look, there are many places to rent in Fullerton. This is the worst place to live. The crime is bad, the apartments are run down, and the management, well the management lacks managerial skills. I have lived here for 3 years, and I am happy to say we will be leaving soon. After countless encounters with a manager and office assistants that would rather talk on the phone or gossip instead of helping tenants, I will be glad to be done with this trash. Yes, many improvements have been made - the dumpster areas have been remodeled. Did I mention the peeling stucko and rotting wood in the complex have not? Seems the priorites may be a little out of joint with intelligence. Oh, the parking situation has been resolved, the rental parking is now 24 hours. That is good because the rental office is open from 9-5. It is good to know our important office workers and maintenance have adequate, convenient parking. Plus, I hear if you work for the office, you can park there all the time. The hot water is shut off without warning, and sometimes the both cold and hot are shut off without warning! Did I mention that we pay for this water - water that leaks sporadically throughout the complex from decaying sprinkler pipes? This apartment complex has extreme issues, when we move I will be sure to inform Satellite Management Company of the bad practices here. Including, but not limited to problems with getting packages from the United States Postal Service. We are good renters, we pay our rent on time, we are not rude, we are educated, and we are leaving.
