Apartment Review for Tribeca Apartments - Fullerton, CA

I have lived here for six years and silly me, I thought that my long time residency would mean something to a management company. I was very wrong. Having just been diagnosed at 29 years old with hip dysplacia and possibly facing hip replacement I went into the office hoping for some understanding and, God forbid, for a closer parking spot as I am now on crutches. Apparantly this was entirely too much to ask. Every other complex I've talked to (and there have been quite a few) have been more than accomodating and I am looking to move out, but I think people need to know how some apartment management companies are. "They" (whoever "they" are I am never given a phone number) apparantly will not reassign parking and have only put one handicapped parking spot for a complex of several hundred. And that spot is even farther, not gated and if taken, anyone with a disability is out of luck because there is not any other parking. For the sake of anyone with a disibility, please consider a different complex.
