Apartment Review for Tribeca Apartments - Fullerton, CA

I've been here for 1yr...about to renew my contract for another year, rent went up slightly but not as drastic as to make someone move out. The only reason I plan on staying is that I have read the reviews for the "cheaper" apts in the area and they sound 10x worse than this. Sure this place has ONE assigned parking spot, but for the most part is quiet. Lot of old folks live here so if you like the party life, this probably ain't the best place. Like I said before, rent is a little steep, but that's what it costs to have a nice place to live. They fix apt. issues rather quickly. Ok. nuff said.
