Apartment Review for Tribeca Apartments - Fullerton, CA

I lived here for 6 months while I was finishing my Masters thesis. The walls are paper thin and I had to call security many times to tell my neighbors to be quiet. I kept my place very clean (no holes in the walls or stains on carpet). Out of a $430 deposit, I got $163.27 back from them. They charged me $100 for full cleaning, and $120 for painting! Jessica, in the office said I would get all of my deposit back...not so! She is very two faced. The water and power bill was ridiculous. I had to pay $13 per month for trash pick up! That's crazy. I've also lived in the Nutwood East Apartments in Fullerton and they didn't charge for water or trash. They also gave me my full deposit back. I do not recommend living at Tribeca Apartments. Shop around and save some money!
