I can't speak for everyone, but my apartment is really nice. It's very clean and the few problems I've had since I've moved in have been tken care of very quickly. The maintenance guy is really nice and very helpful. The location of the building is great. I have a bit of a view and am walking distance from the restaurants and shops in downtown Fullerton. The rent is a little pricey, but I would recommend it to anyone!  Need to rent an apartment?
