Apartment Review for Wilshire Promenade - Fullerton, CA

they do cheap out on things. We moved in recently and needed a few things fixed etc.. at first they were totally on top of it, but as we became less new to them, they stopped making us a priority. I think it is because their focus is filling vacancies, not keeping tenants. I really like living here, mostly because of the location. It is a bit pricey though considering how cheap everything is in our apartment. The counters go looking for stains, the new carpet sucks up dirt, the windows are not well sealed, nor the doors. and the cabinets are pieces of #$^&%, but the layout is great, the carpet and all are non-offensive colors, and what the heck, I'm young. We should all pay a bit too much for not very much once in our lives. All my friends are impressed with my swanky building, now we just have to make sure the hot tub is actually warm.
